The deal's total value could grow to as much as $269 million, according to the report.
Wagner, 22, has become one of Orlando's most important players since the Magic selected him eighth overall in the 2021 draft. He set career highs of 19.7 points, 5.3 rebounds and 3.7 assists per game in 72 games (all starts) last season.
